This plate is used to convert a portable tipper to a Hitch or concrete mount tipper.
To convert to a tire mount tipper, you will also need the TTP-24 (tire mount tipper plate, sold separately)
The plate comes with 4 sets of stainless steel hardware as
shown.
The plate is 3/8″ x 7″ x 7″
