Penninger Radio single-piece split bushings are used to join and mate different diameter mast poles. Our split bushings are precision machined for an excellent fit made from fabricated 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. The “slit” is cut along the entire length on one side of the bushing tube. This product is the most cost effective form to join different diameter size tubes and is also compact and lightweight, while providing a high load carrying capacity.
We sell a complete line of split bushings with a range of: 1.25”-2.5” outer diameters, 1”-2” inner diameters, and lengths from 1.5 to 12 inches with custom lengths well over 12 inches. All split bushings have three measurements: outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID) and Length.
